Our mission is to promote and preserve the art of
quilt making throughout the generations. We welcome all
comers, from beginners to expert, and offer a helping hand to get
new quilters started.
We meet on the second Thursday of every month at
the First Baptist Church in Eureka from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our meetings consist of time to work on projects you bring, a demonstration and lunch. Our monthly business meeting is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m., and is followed by Show and Tell.
Periodically we schedule special workshops or bring in professional
instructors.
More Guild Info:
The Scraps & Threads Quilt Guild is a non-profit organization based in Eureka, Montana. Our members, however, come from all over the Tobacco and Flathead Valleys. Our guild was officially chartered in 1996 by a handful of ladies and has grown steadily to a very active guild. We provide quilts for a variety of charities throughout the year, hold an annual quilt show coinciding with the Tobacco Valley Rendezvous in April and support the Eureka Montana Quilt Show each August.
